May 31st, 2021A muted nose of distant raspberries. More raspberries on the palette with cranberry cocktail along for the ride. Plenty of astringency here which takes a sip or two to acclimatize too, but it's quite a nice expression in the end. Restrained, but the fruit just wants to pop!
