2003 burgundies are a real crapshoot, but this one was a success. Already fairly tertiary and ready to drink.

Pale garnet, red fruits, raspberry, cranberry, high acidity, med tannic, leather, good finish,

Deep dark red fruit nose, plums but also vanilla. Very dark in the glass. Super dark cherries, plums, blueberries, all spice, limes. So much tannins left! Will go for another 5 years with ease. A real treat.

Bottle variation! I bought a six pack original wood case - from the set of six bottles just this the last one was truly great!????! - I don’t get it Jadot is usually reliable. This last bottle is good - cherry, allspice, honey 🍯 flavor at the back palate - tannins almost fully resolved soft mouthfeel,

Boca: seco, Tanino M, Acidez M, Alcohol M. Buen balance.

Fresh. Pomegranates dark cherries 🍒 forest floor. Tart. A great wine leave it alone for 4 more years or so. I suspect this could run another 10 years!
