Jadot volnay clos de la barre 2005. Much more friendly, higher tannin, a little rustic but tasty.

This is what it's about. Delicious. Sensuous and earthy and floral and woodsy and earthy and meaty and just good. Great balance. Really let it breathe for an hour. What a treat.
