A warm vintage produced a wine with gentle tannins and soft red fruit with raspberry, strawberry, red currant, violet and an enticing hint of graphite and forest floor. Beautiful balance of tannin and fruit with medium acidity and a very long finish.

The fruit is a bit dried cherry raisn like fruit with an array of exotic spices and truffle earthy notes very complex and even better with the beef bourognon
