After 2 hours in the glass, it finally decides to show a little of what it can be. Nose of minerals and raspberry mixed in with vanilla. Velvety texture, lush and sweet, amazing structure and balance with long mouthwatering finish.

Enjoyed my bottle @ Keisuke Matsushima in Tokyo. Good body (tannin), but the nose is less than expected.
