Dark reddish purple with near black core. Moderate nose and medium palate of black cranberry, tarry graphite, and anise. Medium acidity and medium tannins. Lengthy anise and blackberry finish. Solid CdR that will accompany most outdoor BBQ fare. Beef dishes will do particularly well with the upgrade. Drink now.
