Perle de Vigne Grand Réserve Extra Dry Crémant de Bourgogne White Blend

Bright beige gold with white mousse and small persistent bubbles. Dusty apple and quince on the nose; brioche added on the palate. Firm acidity (natch) supporting the extra body that “extra dry” brings. Ashy, toasty finish. Don’t like brut? Find it too sharp? Try this extra dry. Great sparkling at a great price. That I’d put up against NV Champagne any day. Drink it when you buy it.

Louis Bouillot was founded in 1877 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, a little village in the heart of the Côte d’Orby. Pale straw with stone fruit aromas and floral scents. On the palate peach and raspberry with vivid acidity and good froth. Medium finish, champagne like. Good value.

Pale golden straw color. Nose of Apple and pear. On the palate hints if apple, citrus and honey. Nice fizzy bubbly.

Honey gold in color, lemon peel, almond, bread, apple. fine bubbles and medium acidity for a sparkling

A fresh mineral taste. Lemon juice and mango. Well balanced acidity and sweetness.

Brut champagne

Not sure what I expected but although this was enjoyable, I'll keep searching.
