Sep 6th, 2021A nice value from Burgundy! Fine bubbles with a light mousse. Aromas of fresh berry fruit with spice scents. On the palate ripe berry and cherry fruit come forth with underlying sweetness, but on the dryer side. The finish has plenty of acidity, good balance and structure ending with fruit flavors about medium in length. Excellent value.

Apr 30th, 2016On the nose, citrus, maybe a little floral. On the palate, tart apple maybe. The finish has a bite but then it seems to die quick. A nice level of acidity though. The first Crémant I've had and I don't care for it as much as the Piper Heidseick Champagne I had on Christmas.
