The more we drink this champagne the more we enjoy it! Great QPR. Last night she wanted something that had fine bubbles, with a crispness, & apple with citrus notes. Opened this it had very fine bubbles with a mouth coating mousse, that had precision, and mouth watering fruits of green apple, lemon curd, & stone fruits!

Dec 27th, 2015This Champagne is PQR.! It held its own against two other Champagnes that were 2 & 3 times the money. The nose had apple, honey, citrus, the palate was crisp but not as dry as you would think. Very nice mousse. Paired with Butternut Squash salad with dates & sherry vinaigrette.
