Good drinking, light, wild berry with slaking acids, but nothing to go gaga over. Another example of the cool kids all rock'n the it's cool because it's different vote.

Everyone's favorite grape. Juicy, cloves, celery seed, some fruit and earth. Light bodied but delicious acidity. Almost tastes carignane-y

Day 4 and just as pretty as on day 1. Luis-Antoine says that since this is made in open fermenters it's already predisposed to air. Red raspberry, bing cherry and subtle pink peppercorn spice.
