Feb 19th, 2015Not a big fan of the style. Slightly fizzy, nothing much on the nose, light on the palate. Not faulty but I don't find it exciting either.

Ripe cherry, raspberry and roses galore. A hint of mint and green peppercorns too. Fruit condition is more tart on the palate, and a little black tea bitterness comes into play. Beaujolais/Loire/Chile thing happening here and it's totally working.
