Just after opening it, oak flavor came out. Deep and dark, tannic. But later on, changed a lot. Plum sourness and spicy. Fresh but sometimes feel silky texture. 2019 @1050, Kping, 220127

Totemo o-ishi! Nice medium sticky tannin that’s nice and now too much. Balanced and mature fruit that shares blueberries. I want to say tobacco and then it’s gone. Nothing overwhelming and therefore it’s so nice.
