An interesting brick ruby color. Characteristically South African tar, which I feel is a little disjointed in a Pinot, but a good wine.

Dec 19th, 2014 on first sip, light bodied pinot noir. it has some cherry flavors and notes of hazelnut and black pepper. it filled out overtime to a more lush and fruity pinot noir that cuts through the juicy, fat of a carbonara.
