Open decanter wait a bit to soften

Had at twelve thirty club in Nashville. Very good with Waygu Bolognese.

Terrible harsh alcoholy.

Concentrated Blackcurrant aroma, hint of herbs. Noticeable 'hear' in grapes reminding me of hot terracotta tiles. Softer structure, perhaps run & raison. A bit of white pepper. Medium tannin, body, length.

They say full bodied but I say nay nay. Smooth and soft. A bit underwhelming.

Must decant but a lovely wine.
