Basic Pinot from all from Estate grapes...really good table wine for daily quaffing. Likely better served slightly chilled.

Great nose to it, but fell off on the palate. Preferred the Salem from Oregon that this company makes. Owned by Moorman and Parr.

Very bitter; heavy tartaric acid crystals on cork. First few sips were good, then bitterness overpowered. Tried filtering and decanting to no avail. Hopefully just a bad bottle.
