Drinks similar to a Lodi zin. Fruit forward with cranberries and raspberries, but not a total fruit bomb. Nice. WSJ Wine Club.

Strong on the nose, but velvety dark chocolate on the tongue. Got licorice, black plum, and something else we can’t quite put our nose on. Overall, bold and acidic. Would have again. Might need to let it breathe more. Paired w reversed seared fajita, sweet potato fries, and asparagus.
