First time trying Tempranillo and we loved it. Started off very dry but as it aerated it became more medium and more enjoyable. Would definitely buy again. Had it with a steak, rice and asparagus. — a month ago
First time trying Verdot and Tannat. Paired it with a charcuterie board mix and was surprised how different it tasted compared to the usual wines I prefer, like Pinot Noir and Cabernet. It’s an acquired taste and I would definitely try it again but don’t see it replacing my favorite wines. A bit bitter and dry. Some herb notes and dark fruits. — 16 days ago
