Very nice clean, crisp, low apv semillon from lake county! Nice viscosity, floral and mineral tones, very well balanced.

Intensely savory! Super interesting, as someone who finds most white wines boring. Part of a cheese tasting event with Mission Cheese, paired with "Piper's Pyramide" goat cheese.

Starts off with some chenin traits in the nose (yellow apple, lanolin). On the palate there a slight tropical hint. It finishes with Sauvignon Blanc grassiness and lingers with a savory earthiness.
