The 2022 Pinot Noir (Santa Barbara County) is a stellar appellation-level wine. Bright and vibrant, with terrific depth, the 2022 possesses striking energy, expressive, pliant fruit and fabulous balance. Crushed red berries, white pepper, mint and rose petal all grace this exquisite Pinot Noir. This is, without question, one of the best Pinots in its peer group in 2022. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, August 2024)

The 2018 Pinot Noir (Santa Barbara County) is an absolutely gorgeous appellation-level wine. The purity of the flavors alone is just stunning. Sweet red cherry, mint and blood orange take on shades of translucence. Light on its feet and yet beautifully layered, the 2018 has so much going on. It is an elegant and alluring wine from the first taste. Vineyard sites are Radian, Spear, La Rinconada and Sanford & Benedict. Donโ€™t miss it. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, August 2020)

Light, fresh and complex. Bright red fruit in your face, and leading to a silky texture. All finished with a bit of tannic grip. All Sta. Rita Hills fruit this vintage. Radian 38%, Spear 28%, La Rinconada 24%, Sanford & Benedict 10%

Sourced from several sites throughout Santa Barbara County, this shows off very perfumed red fruits that mingle with tones of red rose petal, wet stone and orange rind on this beautiful bouquet. The palate is plush, showing a seamless texture and great sense of mouthfeel. Velvety tannins line the core of guava puree, cran-orange and wild strawberry with nice black tea and salty terroir. Complex, layered and truly delicious now at the four year mark, this outstanding new wine will provide drinking enjoyment for a decade or more to come. Drink 2020-2033- 93

Low 13%. They really try to find a balance. Not a burgh but really well made. Lots of fruit mostly blackberry driven. Hint cherry ๐Ÿ’ and lime. Plenty of tannins. This should last 5 years or so. Has a little bit of a bite to it. Definitely one of the better Pinots out there for a good price (San Diego Wine Co.).

Not what you would expect from SB. Drinks more like a Shea from Oregon. Elegant, bright, some strawberry fruit. Enjoyable

My favorite SB county Pinot blend. Elegant and deep. Just beautiful and at $40 it punches above its weight.
