NV. Definitely dry with rich color for a rosé. Dried strawberry, dried raspberry, red plum, dried rose petal, little bit of leafiness, chalky mineral note.

Nose is like crushed Rose petals, very floral. Light tart cherry component up front on the palate but transitions into a dry Unripened skins from a plum. My kid is saying there's a browned butter taste on the finish and I'm almost convinced that there is something that resembles that flavor. This would pair nicely with a hunk of real Parmiggiano Reggiano. Easy drinking and a nice change up from Cava for me.
