Pale ruby in color with a nose of raspberries, blood orange, cream, and a bit of brown sugar. I’m also hit with aromas of a flower garden. Not only the flowers, but also the soil. Nice, light mouthfeel. The fruit remains throughout the long finish with twists and turns along the way. Very nice wine. Not sure why the lower ratings. Maybe I hit the right vintage, or maybe my palate is just a bit different on this..

A bit young (2010) - cheery pie, misty, tangy - also thought I had grabbed a cab - note to self to keep reading glasses on whilst in wine cellar.
