Somewhat simple and sour at first, but opened up beautifully.

I love this #virginwines Linden Chardonnay 13.1% alcohol grown at 1300-1400 ft elevation. Done in the French style. A very impressive wine

Granny Smith's, lemons, and steel. Literally, like smelling a steel beam. Fairly simple, but very enjoyable!

This may be the finest Hardscrabble Chard to date. Very Burgundian in style with melon, lemon, and crisp acid. Strikes a great balance between fruit and acid. I want to taste this in 10 years when it gets a touch of oxidation.

Two words: white burgundy. This is an incredibly beautiful Chardonnay that has a nice restrained oak component that adds a subtly creamy mid-palate while the wine finishes with incredible sappy acidity. Phenomenal.

Very light. A summer chard. With oysters.

A light straw-gold color. The nose is pure focusing on succulent apple/pear fruit, some white florals allied with stone and steely minerality. The palate is medium+ in body, with bright fruit and acids, and a long persistent finish that is a solid beam a pure dry extract that lingers for well over a minute. Exceptional.
