Excellent dry sparkling rosé. Impressive that it's Canadian and can rank among big deal French versions. Darker pink in colour than the typical, but that doesn't mean it's sweet.

Nice. Day 1 had this with BBQ by the lake. Refreshing but a bit fizzy. My friends enjoyed it. I preferred day 2, less fizzy and just delicious, had it with an Asian inspired rice dish & salad.
