Dark ruby/garnet color. Aromas of ripe dark fruit, roasted meat and smoky oak. Flavors of blackberry, sour cherries, beef jerky and vanilla. Quite “grapey.” Very short, but peppery finish, light bodied with little complexity. Drinkable basic red wine. The “Zero Sugar” marketing ploy is interesting. Thanks for the taste, Chris B!

A tasty organic Cab Sauv. Even after opened for a couple of days, it retained its yummy flavor. Flavors of blackberry, plum and a bit earthy.
