Surprising how little sourness. Fruit comes forward, with an almost raw cane sugar sweetness and very smooth. Far from the acidity, oud bruin sourness and complexity of the old Goudenbands. Also far from the intensity of a real lambic. Quite palatable and nice to drink, but not what I was expecting.
