Vintage Sparkling Pinot Blanc (this is not the Reserve, however) from a very good North Fork of Long Island producer. Made in the traditional method. Aromas and flavors of pear, green apple, and white flowers. Hint of citrus and bread on the finish. Delicate and tiny bubbles. Lively acidity. Quite crisp and refreshing.

Almost better than very nice. It had a slight off taste but it's still tasted enough like the real Pinot noir deal. Looking forward to trying another vintage.

Some tannins and mild tobacco with dark fruit on the palate.... licorice on the nose

Traditional method. 7 g dosage. Fresh & delicious, tart apple, floral, d’anjou pear from the largest contiguous Pinot Blanc vineyard in the USA...who knew?!
