Damn near close to being clear. Aromas of crushed stone, grapefruit, tangerine and fiery spiciness. Medium bodied, very round and milky mouthfeel, and off the charts in high acidity. Ridiculously lemony in flavor, with apple and cilantro backing it up. The finish is lemon with salivating acidity. Pair with fish tacos!

Not sure what I expected, but this wasn’t it... and not in a bad way! The lack of oak really gives the grape a different flavor — slightly tart and crisp. High acidity. Grapefruit and stone fruit much like a sauv blanc, but with a bit of creaminess like a Chardonnay.
