Ridiculously lemony in flavor, with apple and cilantro backing it up. The finish is lemon with salivating acidity. Pair with fish tacos!

Not sure what I expected, but this wasn’t it... and not in a bad way! The lack of oak really gives the grape a different flavor — slightly tart and crisp. High acidity. Grapefruit and stone fruit much like a sauv blanc, but with a bit of creaminess like a Chardonnay.
