This is Grenache blanc mainly plus marsanne and Rousanne
Paul says the Rousanne is the glue among the other two
I tasted the grenache blanc out of the concrete tank and i thought of Chateau Rayas Blanc...too much?? Yes, perhaps yes.
But it is i that direction.
The marsanne adds layers.
It is a great new wine for the Yarra Valley
He think that with the clinate change soon enough it wull be hard to keep making chardy and pinot and he is acting consequently.
I personally can drink this stuff

Winemaker Paul Bridgeman is very fond of the Rhone varieties.
He used to work at Chave and meny other big names from that oart of the world.
The barrels in their cellar, wjere they age the wines have names...Jean Louis, Thierry, Alain and so on..
This wine was a long time dream for him and you can tell there is a lot of care and love in it.
For the price this is a steal 2021 released now.
Far from the Nagambie Lakes marsanne wines. More in the European style.
Great man great wine.

More of a mid Rhone blend.
More elegant than the No 1 Blend
No brainer.
On the spectrum we can clearly notice more the floral part such that made me think of Viogner too.
Very nice and quite long.
