Baked pears, cinnamon, a doughy, yeasty note, and a funky cheesy wet rock mineral quality. Fair amount of RS but acidity keeps it in check from being cloying. Reminds me of an apple pastry but with more acidity. Wild.

On the sweeter side, but some decent minerality. Not very acidic. Hints of peach. I'd buy it if I were having over someone who only likes moscato or similarly sweet wines, but didn't want to subject myself to that level of sugar.

Bready aromas with a sherbet sharpness and slight cheesiness(!) on initial opening; peardrop, malt loaf, a little minerality.

Pretty good. A little cloying. It went into a mushroom soup. Great as a summer wine. But I didn't want to wait until next summer.
