One of the great $12 bottles of wine - I've been drinking it for years. Great south of France nose, with violets, some leather, a little menthol. Way past other bottles at this price. 9.0 for cost/quality ratio.

Black and earthy with muscular Syrah at its core. Rounds out nicely with air. Aged 8 months in barriques.

Don't don't know a whole lot about this, but it was pretty tasty, and had developed quite well.

Very bold and spicy on the nose. With the first taste it's very smooth, almost light bodied, with notes of blackberry, dark bing cherries and plum then it develops into a spicy / ashy medium bodied red blend. Excellent wine from France! Made with Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir, and Carignan.

soso… deep deep purple. dry, medium acidic. blackberry, leather, jam, cherry, oak, strawberry. too sweet for me. strange or no finish.

Nose: really hard to determine. Might be due to the cooking in progress
Taste: low acidity, medium tannins. Very juicy, as expected. Dark cherries turn to red as it becomes tart.
Simple but pleasant. Good for a cheap bottle!
