The rosés of the Rhone River region often present as delicate little flowers. Soft aromas waft from the glass but don't discount their complexity. They may tease you with their perfume then they pull you in with their many surprises of earth, white truffles and crispness. We delighted in their many faces as we tried one after the other whilst floating on the River Rhone. No two were alike. And this one stood up to them all. We enjoyed this bottle in April of 2013 in the South of France.

Rustic with a bit of a green pepper bite to it. Simple, but went well with lamb chops in a blue cheese dressing to cut through the strong and fatty flavors there.

More what I’d expect from a sv Grenache, ripe red fruit. Maybe a touch of herbs and spice. Simple, chuggable, good value. Does not feel like 15% ABV
