Stunningly pretty wine. Nose of preserved lemon, honey, yarrow, and ripe apricot. Flavors of stewed yellow pear, apricots, with a hint of butterscotch, gorgeously acidic and long on the finish. Perfect with seafood and probably a range of dishes.
