Just adored this. Gorgeous nose of citrus and Brie rind. Quite the elegant palate of salty, fresh melon and a long mineral finish. Some people wanted more funk, I’m all for the squeaky, delicious, cleanliness of this.

Good concentration of smoky limestone and bruised orchard fruit (though in no way mulch like), also some attractive honey and almond action.
Palate has mouthwatering acidity but balanced with apple and lemon, less tight and more immediately appealing than the 2013

Medium yellow. Slightly smoky on the nose but still clean and a little marzipan. Nice amount of citrus on the palate with honeysuckle, and white fruits. Crisp and refreshing acidity (6/10) and light bodied. Medium finish with light minerality. Drink now.

Medium clear and straw. Oxidation coming out a bit more, and more herbaceous as well. Barley tea, hay and burnt sugar. Soft and pleasant palate with lingering tea-like finish.
