Here we go. Gorgeous fruit on the nose. Amazing purity. Cotton candy. Red cherries galore. Yes there is some mouse but only a hint. Like 5%. But also a little VA. These fucking natural wines. 😡. This wine is like the woman Jerry is dating on Seinfeld that only looks good in low light. Palate has that spritz and is not noteworthy and kind of sloppy. Sigh. Drinkable but barely.

Wild strawberries, cranberries, mint, pine breeze, cinnamon. Needs a little to open up and then it’s awesome. Good with a very slight chill. Be very careful to not over chill. I accidentally forgot about it for a minute and had to let it warm back up.

Lifting aromas of bright and alluring berry fruit. Insane levels of spice, loam, flowers, alpine, clean minerals, really floral and really mineral with a thick berry fruit as well. Unreal aromas. So layered and deep. Some hints of mulch and potting soil. Be $50+ in Côte d’Or. Palate has terrific energy and depth. Unreal mineralIty and freshness. Terrific inner mouth florals and so juicy. God level juicy then finishes with lovely tanginess and minerality. Unreal purity of fruit and so sappy. This is as good as natural Savoie gamay is gonna get. Super expressive wine of terroir and great fruit. No dirty poop. Great wine.
