A wine that just screams Jura. After some aggressive reduction blows off, this is wonderfully pretty, full of peaches and cream and jasmine, while retaining a briney mineral core.

Really doesn't give it up until it hits near room temperature, but then it's all lemon tart and minerals with a nice deep end.
