Basic label for a basic Primitivo from the Salento. Color is good. Smells a tiny bit balsamic vinegar. Also cooked cherries. Flavors are smooth and simple, but just the right amount of toasted marshmallow and berry sauce to make for a Zin-Primitivo style. Hint of sharpness and acidic prick. Overall this ain’t bad, taint bad atall.
