Amazing apple smell. Very light fruit taste masked by effervescence

very carbonated; the cork shot out immediately after removing the wire seal. strong orchard scent, but first sip tastes like olives -- reminiscent of Spanish Sidra. Sweeter Apple finish though.

Hard to beat for the $11! I paid at K & L. Beautifully balanced. Nice yeasty apples with plenty of bubbles. Medium dry and toasty

smooth and somewhat sweet when cold. really opens up and gets enjoyably funky at room temperature. currently enjoying it with a funky Gorgonzola.
