I am staying in Oregon tonight and going to the Yamhill-Carlton area for my Pinot Noir. This effort is from Steve and Karen Lutz in collaboration with David O'Reilly and Owen Row. This is a strong Oregon Pinot Noir with aromas of strawberry, cranberry, mint, mocha, and a good forest floor aspect. On the palate I get tart strawberries, dark cherry, cranberry, truffles, clove, and herb note. There is a good grained tannins, a medium + acidity with a long lasting finish. I purchased this wine from my store of choice for $39.99.

Expressive nose, a great mix of spice, truffle & red cherry. Pommard clones on display. Ripe, somewhat dark fruit. Big on acid & showing off polished power. Wish I had more time w/this. Will definitely get more.
