NV L'Encert Brut Classic

Usually enjoy this Cava, but something inconsistent with this batch. More fruit like a Prosecco instead of that dry yeasty notes like champagne. Still enjoyable, just not what I'm used to.

Pleasant Sparkler. White Spanish blend. Great acidity. Green apple flavors with subtle "yeasty notes". 11.5% alcohol. Easy drinker. Pleasant!!
