Dundee Hills, Dry Riesling. Bought at winery. Pale white, sparkling clarity. Aromas floral and pine. Flavors lemon peel, orchard and stone fruit. Almost dry, crisp but not overly so. Light skin astringency on finish. Decent stuff, reasonable value.

Wonderfully accessibly, completely dry #riesling. This doesn’t blast you with aromatics; it’s a bit more restrained on the nose, light floral aromas, dried hay, yellow apple, citrus and a wonderful mineral base. Minerality carries through on the palate, more orchard and stone fruit, lovely tension throughput. 25% barrel fermentation shows up in a lovely texture. Of course it’s a perfect wine for Indian and Thai food, both of which we’ve paired it with. 🤌🏾 #dundeehills
