Very neutral, lots of minerality. Highly drinkable.

The rare sauvignon blanc grown here in the Valle instead of down at the coast. 90yo vines, apparently. Vineyard in a microclimate surrounded by hills that maybe makes it possible? More salinity, fuller body than classic sauvignon blanc, but still with some of the grassy notes one hopes for. Thankfully, no oak.
