Apple, lemon, dried apricot and hints of melon. Great acidity and balance.

Fresh, bright, and slightly savory, this wine starts off all red berries and bing cherry, but as you delve deeper you realize theres much more going on. There is a bit more fruit, (pears, white peach, and yellow apple) and a bit of bitterness, (pollen, almond pith, and honeysuckle). There is a creamy mousse and a touch of sourdough rounding out this everyday sparker.
