I really liked this SC sparkler of Pinot. Fruit shows nicely.

Grapefruit, guava, flowers, creamy, dirty yeast, a little stemmy and earthy. A bit lees-y at the bottom of the bottle. Fun, chuggable wine.

Cloudy grapefruit pink with light bubbles. Tight to start on the nose but then opened up with some tropical notes and musty grapefruits. Medium acidity (5/10) and medium bodied, almost a beer like texture. Lots of grapefruit, guava and melon on the palate. Very drinkable and needed a touch of air to integrate. Medium length finish. Drink now. Sample provided by winery.

Fresh batch, nose is clean with notes of grapefruit, guava, slight floral. same notes on palette, fizz is noticeable on pour and becomes non visible. Fine texture. Wine is clear, last pour slightly clouded, may vary by bottle being Fiz Nat (Pet Nat). 12.4% ABV. Super easy sipper. More please!

Ruby grapefruit ros’e, Slight haze, enthusiastic bubbles on pour and settling to petillance . Small amount of sediment in last pour.

Nose is clean, lighter side of medium red fruity notes of Syrah. Very nice.

The acidity is in the beginnings of med+, slight natty wine character, fun texture and lively, glou glou, great food wine, multi-bottle purchase, drink now.

Paired with planked salmon.
