65% Pinot, 35% Chardonnay. Nose is biscotti and a bit of floral, maybe rose? Flavors were gentle acid; lemon pith, curd, and shortbread.

A lovely vintage australian sparkling made in the traditional method. Uses Chardonnay and Pinot noir grapes, on lees for 30 months. Dry, nice acid and a pretty good pick. Get onto it
