An excellent wine in an interesting phase. Lithe and very fine on the attack, broadening and getting more textured from mid-palate. Likewise, the flavors begin with delicacy but quickly build in intensity. The flavors are still tightly wound but include both fresh and dried fruit now. Seriously good.

Sweet pear and notes of caramel on the nose. On the palate there were delicious notes of fruit and caramel with well balanced acidity, minerality and creamy long finish. This almost reminds me of a chassange Montrachet and may certainly hold its own beside one if it had just slightly longer stamina in the glass. But overall still drinking beautifully.
