Dark masses of black raspberries, currants, crushed ashen stone and hints of dusty spice box waft up from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla Valley. It's supremely elegant, with vibrant acids, enlivening the tart wild berry fruits within. This tapers off structured with grippy tannins, and a core of primary concentration that will promise a long and steady elevation. (Eric Guido, Vinous, March 2023)

Lots of chocolate oak and blueberry flavors dominate upon the first sip. There follows a pleasantly acid and slightly oaky taste, finishing with a slight tartness.

This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State.
Showing black fruits with cedar, vanilla, tobacco, chocolates, coke, earth, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Big, bold and full-bodied with medium acidity.
Nice lenght on the finish with firm tannins.
Good right out of the bottle and better after 2 hours of airtime. A little harsh right now, but will calm down as it ages in the bottle.
Shows great quality for the price, and will age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years.
I paired it with a nice piece of steak.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

Soft nose of blueberries, black plums, oak, vanilla, licorice, eucalyptus, tobacco, dark coffee, earth, herbs, spices, dark chocolates and peppercorn.
Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, herbs, spices, dark chocolates, coffee, peppercorn, earth, light vegetables and tobacco leaf.
Tangy finish with green tannins and tangy raspberries.
This young Cabernet Sauvignon from Walla Walla Valley is starting to drink nicely now. Showing a nice mouthfeel and nice complexity, with some green notes, that show up as it opens up.
Needs time to open up properly. I gave it 90 minutes, but it might needs even longer.
Still young, but showing good potential. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses. Really nice with the double cream Brie cheese with wild mushrooms.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (35% new).
