Oregon Malbec in a Loire style...shockingly 14.8% ABV cleverly concealed under layers of velvety tannic fruit. Plum, dried fig, and a unique smoky note. In its deeply purple inkiness it out-Cahors Cahors.

Leah's brand spanking new Côt, aka Malbec, hails from Crater Lake Vineyard on ancient marine sedimentary soils. Frisky acidity keeps the black raspberry starry depths in focus. It's a baby, though it's a pretty niña, I can't wait to see all the places this Côt will go. For now, being in my glass is mighty fine!
