May 25th, 2016This 2012 Syrah Cuvée Classique might just be a classic in the making. It's still a brute with grippy tannins and reckless oomph, but will mellow in 3 to 5 years. There's oomph here for the patient palate.

Fresh in the bottle. Pencil, raspberry, black cherry and a pepper edge. Plenty of fruit, structure, and acid. Cannot wait to taste in five more years!
