Since this grape varietal is pretty rare, I didn’t really know what to expect but for $12 on super sale it was worth a shot. Fairly developed showing slight oxidative notes. Highly distinctive. Notes of bruised golden delicious apple, apricot, lemon, white flowers (honeysuckle, magnolia), camomile tea, crushed stone and fresh sage. Aromatic. Medium plus acid and body with a long pleasing finish. Yum!
