Jan 25th, 2022Nose of sweet wild cherries, mineral, gorgeous deep minerality, chestnut, black fruited as well. Very detailed. Gorgeous depth and layering. Deep, ripe and rich. Very pure. Black cherries and big structure. Burly sweet tannins. Juicy and ling. Great great for a “normal” Barolo. It needs age. It’s got big tannins right now.
